Exit Policy

Entity: The Carpocratian Church of Commonality and Equality, Inc. (“Church,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

1. Purpose

This Exit Policy describes the rights of individuals to discontinue their engagement with the Church, whether by ceasing to access the website, declining to participate in any related activities, or otherwise terminating association. The Policy is intended to ensure transparency, respect for individual autonomy, and clarity of obligations.

2. Voluntary Participation

Participation in any aspect of the Church’s online presence, content, or activities is strictly voluntary. No user, visitor, or participant is required to maintain an ongoing relationship with the Church. Individuals may discontinue participation at any time, for any reason, without notice, penalty, or obligation.

3. No Membership Requirement

The Church does not require formal enrollment, registration, or account creation to access its publicly available materials. Accessing or ceasing to access such materials does not establish or terminate any contractual or ecclesiastical membership beyond these Terms and this Policy.

4. Termination of Association

Discontinuing engagement with the Church, including but not limited to ceasing use of the website or declining further involvement in any related activities, shall fully terminate any association or implied affiliation. The Church does not impose continuing obligations on individuals once they have disengaged, other than those that survive under applicable law or prior agreements (e.g., intellectual property licenses).

5. No Retaliation

The Church shall not impose sanctions, retaliation, or adverse treatment on individuals solely because they elect to discontinue participation or association.

6. Survival of Certain Provisions

Certain provisions of the Terms of Service, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution, may continue to apply after disengagement to the extent necessary to protect the rights and obligations of the parties.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may amend this Exit Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on the website, and the “Effective Date” will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
